It is worth appreciating that Cassio Audi’s early years were spent in music as a key person in the Viper Rock Band. Together with his band mates namely Yves Passarel, Andre Machado, Pit Passarell, and Felipe Machado, this great team made significant steps in music despite the challenges they went through. The band was established in 1985 with each player taking a position in the team which they excelled mostly in. For Audi, his area was with instruments and specialty the drums. The motivation and inspiration of the band was from Iron Maiden and the British heavy metal music.
One of the great challenges that the group experienced had to do with the language barrier. Their songs had to be in English which for them it was their second language. Thus, before they would release their first album, they decided to have a demo first which would then be adjusted to form the first album. The demo went by the name ‘The Killer Sword’ with three tracks, Nightmare, Princes from Hell and Killer. Following the successful launch of the demo, a few adjustments were made on the songs and in 1987, the band had its first release which received a four-star rating from All Music.
After the release of the first album, the group received positive critics which required them to refine their music. With great passion and motivation, the team worked in improving their music and tuning. In 1989, the band was able to release their second album called ‘The Theatre of Fate’ which was incredible and quite successful. Unfortunately, it’s at this height of their music career that Cassio Audi decided to delve into the business world and quit his music career. He enrolled in the University of Sao Paulo where he pursued an MBA in finance.
